General:
Application for admission shall in all cases be considered by the Principal.
The scholastic year begins in January and terminates in December.

Examination system
01Before Half – Yearly Examination there are 2 unit tests
02Ist unit – ( 20 marks ) will be taken in the month of February
032nd Unit – ( 20 marks ) will be taken in the month of April
04Half – Yearly (50 marks ) will be taken in the 2nd week of
June.
05In the Ist week of July Report Card of Half – yearly examination
will be given.
06Unit – I ( 20 marks ) will be taken in the end of the month of
July .Before Annual examination , there are two Unit tests.
07Unit – I ( 20 marks ) will be taken in the end of the month of
July .
08Unit – 2 ( 20 marks ) will be taken in the month of September
.
09Annual Examination ( 50 marks )
10In the end of the month of November .
11Report card of Annual examination will be given in the last week
of December .
Parent – Teacher Meeting
12 IST P.T.M – IN the second week of January Introductory meeting
with the parents .
13 2ND P.T.M. – Before Half –Yearly Examination in the Month of
May .
143RD P.T.M – Report card giving Ceremony of the Half – Yearly
Examination in the month of July.
15 4th P.T.M – Before Annual Examination in the Ist week of
November .
Identity Card
16 Identity Card has to be renewed for every classes .A form for
ID Card and Escort Card will be supplied by school at the time of admission and
readmission and the students must submit the the filled in form along with a stamp size
photograph in school uniform to the office counter .
